Biker flies staircase during police pursuit

An 18-year-old motorcyclist, fleeing from the police on a stolen bike, finds himself at a dead-end street that leads to a pedestrian staircase. The police car is seen dramatically following down the staircase. The young man flies and crashes upon landing on the avenue. No serious injuries reported and he was arrested.
