Man lends cop bicycle during chase

A man is arrested after a police pursuit involving a unique twist. When the driver of a Range Rover refuses to stop, he leads officers on a high-speed chase before crashing the vehicle. The suspect then flees on foot, and a passerby offeres the pursuing officer a bike to continue the chase. The 25-year-old was eventually caught in a garden and arrested on suspicion of vehicle theft. Another suspect remains at large.
