Police officers pull man out of burning car

VIDEO DESCRIPTION

Late one evening, police received multiple 911 calls about a car on fire on a freeway. Although the calls were typically directed to another department, a police sergeant overheard the distress and realized someone might be in immediate danger. The sergeant directed officers to the scene with urgency. Utilizing a drone for precise location information, officers arrived to find a man trapped inside the burning vehicle, screaming for help. Bravely battling the flames, they broke a window and pulled him to safety just before the car was completely engulfed. The man, who woke from a coma weeks later, expressed deep gratitude for the officers' actions, acknowledging that they saved his life.
