A bike thief walks along a street at night looking for a bike to steal. He stops at one which is attached to a road sign, so he takes out a trash bin with tools inside to take apart the road sign in order to free the bike. When cars pass by he stops working on the road sign but eventually finishes disassembling the sign and pulls the bike free from the pole and makes off with it.
